Compliance & Performance Manager

About the role

The Compliance & Performance Manager will develop and implement a contract compliance and performance framework for service providers in Al Ula. The role ensures that contractual obligations, regulations and service standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and roll‑out a comprehensive contract compliance management framework.
• Create checklists and conduct internal and external audits to verify adherence to contracts, bylaws and guidelines.
• Monitor KPIs, SOPs and service level agreements, and produce regular performance reports.
• Evaluate service provider performance against scope, output specifications and SLAs, and record results.
• Carry out planned and ad‑hoc inspections, track findings against KPIs and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify performance trends, propose improvement plans and collaborate with providers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, performance or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of CAFM/EAM systems and asset‑management principles.
• Proficiency with business and data‑intelligence software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
