Compute Senior Sales Specialist

About the role

The Compute Senior Sales Specialist will lead and grow strategic accounts for HPE’s compute portfolio across Saudi Arabia. Working onsite from an HPE office, you will partner with customers to understand their IT and business goals, positioning HPE solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large enterprise accounts or act as lead for key segments of top accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans that align with customer objectives and HPE’s portfolio strategy.
• Build and nurture relationships with IT and business decision‑makers, as well as with the extended partner ecosystem.
• Own pipeline development, support deal closure, and coordinate cross‑functional deal teams.
• Continuously deepen industry knowledge to articulate HPE’s value proposition.
• Advocate for the customer within HPE and drive long‑term account profitability.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the IT or compute sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex accounts and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong business acumen, consulting mindset, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent strategic planning and negotiation skills.
