Concierge Agent – Guest Services

About the role

The Concierge Agent delivers personalized guest services at our luxury resort on Ummahat Island. You will act as the primary point of contact for guest requests, ensuring each stay is seamless and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for transportation, reservations, dry‑cleaning and other special arrangements.
• Provide detailed information about property amenities, local attractions, events and activities.
• Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages and inquiries, routing them to the appropriate department (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping).
• Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service quality, safety and guest well‑being.
• Maintain shift logs, daily memos and document pertinent information accurately.
• Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions and complete required safety training.
• Uphold company policies, professional appearance standards and confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
