Concierge Agent

About the role

The Concierge Agent delivers personalized guest services at our resort on Ummahat Island, ensuring each visitor enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. You will act as the primary point of contact for guest requests, from transportation and reservations to special amenities, and provide accurate information about the property and local attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests for special arrangements, reservations, dry‑cleaning, transportation and other services.
• Gather, summarize and convey information about on‑site amenities, local events and activities.
• Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages and inquiries, routing them to the appropriate department (e.g., bell‑person, housekeeping).
• Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service quality, safety and guest well‑being.
• Maintain shift logs, daily memos and incident reports, and report accidents or unsafe conditions to management.
• Uphold company policies, uniform standards and confidentiality while delivering courteous, professional service.
• Assist guests with disabilities and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; ability to learn quickly and follow procedures.
• Physical ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Strong communication skills, professional telephone etiquette and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety training and certification.
