Construction Electrical Supervisor

About the role

The Construction Electrical Supervisor will lead the electrical subcontractor team on the AMIRAL P02 & 03 projects in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the role ensures that all electrical works are executed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality, safety and contractual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractor activities for the electrical discipline.
• Verify supplier material deliveries and technical documentation against construction schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure equipment, manpower and workmanship meet design, safety and quality requirements.
• Maintain non‑conformity registers and oversee resolution of issues.
• Detect design errors and coordinate corrective measures with site engineers.
• Approve subcontractor progress status sheets and manage vendor specialists.
• Assist contract engineers with pricing, subcontract amendments and claim analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in EPC oil & gas or refinery projects.
• Proven experience supervising electrical works on large‑scale construction sites.
• Strong understanding of construction schedules, cost control and quality assurance.
