Construction HSE Field Supervisor

About the role

The Construction HSE Field Supervisor ensures that all on‑site activities comply with TCM’s health, safety and environment (HSE) policies, local regulations and industry standards. Reporting to the Construction HSE Coordinator or Site Manager, the role combines field inspections, documentation, training and incident management across the AMIRAL P02 & 03 projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and support Job Safety Analyses (JSA) for all tasks.
• Verify the implementation of site HSE plans, procedures and any required revisions.
• Update HSE documentation throughout all construction phases.
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure compliance with HSE procedures, regulations and standards.
• Plan and execute regular HSE walk‑arounds, inspections and audits; produce reports, action plans and follow‑up on corrective actions.
• Organise and deliver on‑site HSE training sessions and maintain training records.
• Lead HSE committee meetings, prepare minutes and coordinate with client on work permits.
• Investigate accidents, maintain records and develop preventive measures.
• Coordinate the site emergency response and fire‑prevention teams, including drills.
• Prepare monthly HSE progress reports and update performance statistics against corporate targets.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction HSE supervision.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian HSE regulations and international standards.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with contractors and clients.
