Construction HSE Supervisor – Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Construction HSE Supervisor ensures that all on‑site activities comply with TCM HSE policies, local regulations, and industry standards. Reporting to the Construction HSE Coordinator or Site Manager, the role focuses on preventing incidents and promoting a safe working environment throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and participate in Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
• Verify implementation of site HSE plans, update documentation, and ensure subcontractors follow all HSE procedures.
• Plan and execute regular HSE walk‑arounds, inspections, and audits; prepare reports and action plans.
• Organise and deliver HSE training sessions and coordinate site HSE meetings.
• Manage work permits in cooperation with the client.
• Lead accident investigations, maintain records, and develop corrective measures.
• Coordinate the site HSE committee, emergency response team, and fire‑prevention drills.
• Prepare monthly HSE progress reports, update statistics, and monitor performance against corporate targets.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering).
• Proven experience in HSE supervision on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian HSE regulations and international standards.
• Ability to work on a rotation schedule of 60 days on‑site and 10 days off.
