Construction Insulation & Painting Supervisor – Al Jubail

About the role

The Construction Insulation & Painting Supervisor (IPS) will lead subcontractor painting activities on the AMIRAL P02 & 03 projects in Al Jubail. The role ensures that all works are executed according to the erection schedule, project documents, budget, quality standards and safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Verify supplier material and technical documentation delivery schedules before work starts and align them with construction timelines.
• Monitor schedule adherence, promote corrective actions to recover any delays.
• Ensure subcontractor equipment, manpower and workmanship meet design documents, safety regulations and required quality levels.
• Prepare and maintain a non‑conformity register for each subcontractor and coordinate resolution.
• Identify design errors, propose rectifications or request changes from the Site Engineer.
• Review and approve subcontractor work‑progress status sheets.
• Manage vendor specialists on site.
• Assist the Contract Engineer with price definitions and subcontract amendments.

Required profile

• Experience supervising painting and insulation works on construction sites.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret design documents.
• Strong coordination skills with subcontractors and vendors.
