Construction Manager – High-End Projects

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead on‑site activities for high‑end residential and hotel projects in Umluj, Saudi Arabia, ensuring safe, timely and budget‑conscious delivery in line with design specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage construction activities for residential building and hotel contracts.
• Supervise site operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress and resolve technical or operational issues on‑site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Review and approve construction drawings, specifications and work plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Oversee cost control, resource allocation and risk management.
• Implement corrective measures for delays, defects or non‑compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Proven experience managing building projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, team management and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality.
