Construction Manager

About the role

Coastal Contracting Company, a subsidiary of Red Sea Global, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on‑site construction activities. You will provide construction‑management (CM) advice, ensure safe and efficient execution, and align project delivery with the company’s vision for sustainable development in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and control all on‑site construction works, ensuring alignment with the overall construction strategy.
• Manage subcontractors, set priorities, monitor performance, and provide feedback to meet contractual and legal obligations.
• Audit contractor work, identify non‑compliance, and drive performance‑improvement initiatives.
• Monitor project budgets, manage changes and variations to minimise cost increases.
• Participate in CM/engineering meetings, assist with cost and quantity estimation, and define scope of work.
• Promote the company’s vision, mission and values to foster an engaged workforce.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in on‑site construction management.
• Strong coordination skills across multiple subcontractors and interfacing parties.
• Ability to enforce safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, contractual obligations and variation management.
• Effective communication with senior project managers and engineering teams.
