Construction Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the on‑site execution of a landmark high‑rise development. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple engineering disciplines to deliver the project safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day construction operations across civil, electrical, mechanical and architectural disciplines.
• Manage senior and junior discipline engineers, ensuring work follows approved drawings, schedule, budget and quality/safety standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Project Director and site engineering teams, escalating critical issues.
• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment and resources to meet the master schedule.
• Monitor progress, conduct formal site inspections and drive corrective actions for any delays.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary sequencing and resolve on‑site conflicts.
• Supervise direct labor crews and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and workmanship.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, quality and safety teams for smooth execution.
• Report progress, risks and issues regularly to the Project Director.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Extensive experience managing high‑rise towers or large mixed‑use/residential projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work autonomously.
