Construction Manager

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead the full lifecycle of complex infrastructure and building projects across Saudi Arabia. Acting as the primary bridge between executives, contractors, and site teams, the role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scopes, develop execution plans, and set delivery milestones.
• Supervise on‑site construction activities, coordinate logistics, and run daily briefings with contractors.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to schedule, budget, and safety, implementing recovery actions as needed.
• Serve as the main interface with clients, government authorities, utility providers, and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Assist in budget control, cost forecasting, variation claims, and ensure contract compliance, often using FIDIC frameworks.
• Enforce strict HSE standards, conduct quality assurance checks, and perform site audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
• 15–20 years of experience in construction management, large‑scale development, or PMC environments.
• Proven track record on mixed‑use, high‑rise, hospitality, commercial, residential or major infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with developers, consultants, contractors and project‑management consultancies.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CIOB, MRICS, PE or Saudi Council of Engineers are preferred.
