Construction Manager – Lead Projects from Inception to Completion

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. The role involves overseeing timelines, budgets, resources, safety compliance and quality standards to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects, delivering on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Develop and implement project plans covering scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and subcontractors to meet specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure safety and code compliance.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders and progress reports.
• Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders and team members.
• Identify risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Lead project meetings to discuss progress, challenges and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and construction workers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials and legal regulations, especially in landscaping projects.
• Excellent leadership, team management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Landscape Architecture or a related field (preferred).
