Construction Manager – Remote, Umluj, Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead on‑site activities for high‑end residential and hotel projects in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards while coordinating with a diverse set of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and manage construction activities for residential and hotel contracts.
• Supervise site operations, monitor progress and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Review and approve construction drawings, specifications and work plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and material quality.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Oversee cost control, resource allocation and risk management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Proven experience managing building projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills with a focus on safety and quality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in project management software.
• Advanced use of MS Office applications.
