Construction Manager - Roads

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead road construction projects. The role involves supervising design consultants, managing construction activities, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee construction supervision activities of design consultants and manage multiple construction projects.
• Collaborate with the Project Controls Department to maintain the Master Schedule and Budget.
• Participate in value‑engineering reviews during design and construction phases.
• Coordinate a high‑level construction management team to supervise site inspections, commissioning, and start‑up activities.
• Monitor project progress, chair construction progress meetings, and validate progress using innovation software and CCTV.
• Supervise the preparation of construction procedures and resolve on‑site issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of field construction experience.
• Experience delivering large civil, structural, or industrial projects domestically or internationally.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices.
• Proven leadership and supervisory capabilities.

Required skills

• CCTV monitoring for construction progress verification.
