Construction Project Manager – Fit‑Out & Theming

About the role

Jacobs is looking for a Construction / Project Manager to lead on‑site delivery of complex fit‑out and themed environments for a major entertainment development in Saudi Arabia. You will translate approved creative vision and technical design into high‑quality, operational assets while protecting the intended guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site construction and delivery of fit‑out, themed environments, immersive features and specialist finishes.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors and specialist vendors to ensure safety, design compliance, programme, budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate interfaces between themed works, interior fit‑out, audiovisual and show systems, MEP services, base‑build packages and ride/attraction systems.
• Protect creative intent through inspection of materials, samples, mock‑ups, workmanship and installed elements.
• Oversee inspections, factory acceptance tests, site testing, commissioning, snagging, defect resolution and final quality acceptance.
• Monitor delivery risks, change control, variations and progress against key milestones.
• Lead operational readiness and handover activities, including training, as‑built information, O&M manuals and warranties.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of construction or project management experience in client‑side, consultancy, major contractor or specialist delivery environments.
• Demonstrable experience delivering themed attractions, immersive environments or similar complex themed developments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management ability with contractors, consultants, creative teams and IP owners.
