Construction Superintendent

About the role

The Construction Superintendent will take full ownership of construction and drilling projects, guiding them from the initial planning stages through to final hand‑over. This senior‑level position requires overseeing all aspects of project execution, guaranteeing that each initiative is completed on schedule, stays within the approved budget, and adheres to the highest standards of quality and safety. The role also involves active collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and material suppliers to ensure seamless coordination and successful delivery of project objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee construction and drilling projects from initiation through completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within the allocated budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate daily activities with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to align expectations and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when deviations from schedule or budget are identified.
• Prepare and present regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and performance indicators.

• Demonstrated experience in managing construction and drilling projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong ability to control timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes.
