About the role

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking an experienced Consultant in Emergency Medicine to join a leading hospital in Saudi Arabia. The role involves delivering high‑quality emergency care, diagnosing acute conditions, and leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments, examinations, and diagnoses of patients presenting to the emergency department.
• Implement timely treatment plans to stabilize patients and prevent deterioration.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, offering guidance and training.
• Document all patient interactions and procedures accurately.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine (UK CCT, American Board, Canadian Board, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years post‑graduate experience in Emergency Medicine.
• Previous experience in the Middle East is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
