Contract Admin Lead

About the role

Egis is seeking an experienced Contract Admin Lead to join its Dammam office. In this senior position you will direct all contract administration activities, lead a team of professionals, and ensure that contracts align with legal, financial and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and mentor the contract administration team, fostering best practices and professional growth.
• Develop and implement standardized contract management policies, procedures and templates.
• Review, analyse and approve contracts to guarantee legal compliance and risk mitigation.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle – drafting, negotiation, execution and renewal of vendor, supplier and client agreements.
• Maintain comprehensive contract databases and documentation systems for accurate record‑keeping.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, procurement and operations to meet contract requirements.
• Monitor contract performance, track milestones, deliverables and financial obligations.
• Prepare regular reports on contract status, performance metrics and cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in contract administration or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience managing a contract team.
• Strong decision‑making and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
