Contract Associate Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Contract Associate Manager to lead and support contract management teams across projects and accounts. The role works closely with account leadership, client commercial and business stakeholders to align contract activities with client needs, strategy and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support contract management teams across projects and accounts, collaborating with account leadership and client stakeholders to understand priorities.
• Provide input into performance management activities for contract management staff across multiple projects and accounts.
• Identify, escalate and resolve commercial and contract risks and issues in partnership with project and contract management leadership.
• Engage in pre‑award sales activities, shaping deals and supporting contract drafting with sales and delivery teams.
• Build trusted, client‑facing relationships to ensure high‑quality contract outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Member of World Commerce and Contracting or National Contract Management Association; professional certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant contract management experience, including investigations, confidential reporting and advising senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of local ethical, compliance and employee‑relations risks, and ability to collaborate with client executives at all levels.
