Contract Manager

About the role

The Contract Manager will lead the contractual relationship for a mega‑infrastructure project that includes complex interchanges, bridges, and extensive road networks in Riyadh. This role offers the chance to contribute to a landmark development aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, improving urban mobility and quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the contractual relationship with the Employer, ensuring all obligations are met and communication is clear.
• Develop, review, and maintain contracts for roads and bridges, guaranteeing compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to provide contract‑related guidance aligned with project goals.
• Negotiate terms with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable conditions and mitigate risk.
• Monitor contract performance, address non‑compliance promptly, and keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Prepare and maintain accurate contract documentation for transparency and accountability.
• Conduct regular contract audits, identify improvement areas, and implement best practices.
• Resolve disputes and claims efficiently while preserving stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 20+ years of experience in contract management, with at least 5 years in a senior Contract Manager role.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
