Contract Specialist (Airport Experience)

About the role

Egis, an international engineering, consulting and construction firm operating in 100 countries, is looking for a detail-oriented Contract Specialist with airport experience to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will manage, draft, review and negotiate contracts so that they comply with organisational policies and regulatory requirements, working efficiently in a fast-paced airport environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and analyse contracts for accuracy, completeness and compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Negotiate contract terms with vendors, suppliers and service providers
• Maintain contract documentation and keep records properly filed
• Monitor contract performance and ensure parties meet their obligations
• Assess contract risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with procurement, operations and legal teams, and prepare contract summaries and reports for management
• Support procurement from requisition through contract closure
• Use contract management systems and tools, and answer contract-related enquiries

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience as a Contract Specialist or in a similar contract management role, preferably in airport operations or the aviation industry
• Aviation experience preferred
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia regulations and international contract practices preferred
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred

• Expertise in contract drafting, review, negotiation and analysis
• Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management and contract law fundamentals
• Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
• English communication skills, organisation, time management and analytical skills
