Contracts Advisor – PMT Experience (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Contracts Advisor with Project Management Team (PMT) expertise to support capital projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors across Saudi Arabia. You will play a critical role in ensuring contracts are managed efficiently, risks are mitigated, and regulatory compliance is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for capital projects within the PMT framework.
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with project managers, legal, finance, and procurement teams to oversee the full contract lifecycle.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate contractual risks.
• Manage contract amendments, claims, and dispute resolution processes.
• Monitor contract performance to guarantee timely delivery and compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contract records throughout all project phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience as a Contracts Specialist on Oil & Gas projects with strong project‑management exposure.
• Deep understanding of contract lifecycle management from initiation to close‑out.
• Familiarity with lump‑sum, unit‑price, and time‑and‑materials contract types.
• Knowledge of corporate governance frameworks and internal procurement procedures.
