About the role
The Contracts & Commercial Manager will oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of construction projects. This role involves handling claims, variations, and ensuring effective contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all contractual and commercial aspects of the project.
- Handle claims, variations, and contractual correspondence.
- Review and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.
- Monitor project costs, risks, and commercial performance.
- Support project leadership in dispute resolution and cost control.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- 10–15 years experience in contracts/commercial roles.
- Contracting/construction industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in GCC/KSA construction environment.
- Solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims, and variations.
- Experience in building, fit‑out, or MEP projects preferred.
