Contracts Manager – WET IC

About the role

The Contracts Manager (WET IC) will oversee the review, negotiation and administration of a wide range of contracts and agreements for projects in Saudi Arabia. You will act as the primary liaison between project teams, legal, finance and insurance functions to ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Review and summarize major provisions of contracts, cooperation agreements, term sheets, JV and consortium agreements, exclusivity agreements, MOUs and NDAs.
• Identify contractual risks and opportunities, and draft qualifications or deviations to mitigate risks.
• Negotiate and finalize qualifications, deviations, and flow‑down provisions with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and review NDAs, MOUs, pre‑tender agreements, and subcontractor purchase agreements.
• Support project teams on claim preparation, dispute resolution and contract‑related queries.
• Liaise with legal, finance and insurance departments to obtain legal opinions, guarantees, letters of credit and insurance policies.
• Assist the legal department with ongoing cases and ensure proper documentation.

Required profile

• Experience reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams (legal, finance, insurance, project management).
• Strong analytical skills to assess contractual risks and propose solutions.
