Cooler Technician – Refrigeration Maintenance

About the role

The Cooler Technician will join AQS’s production and distribution network in the Asir Region, ensuring that all refrigeration and cooling equipment operates reliably and efficiently. This role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of cooling systems used in beverage manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues with refrigerators and other cooling equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and routine inspections.
• Install, commission, and maintain new cooling equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure proper operation.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and carry out corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to support customer requirements.
• Provide technical installation, maintenance, and support services to customers.
• Follow safety and quality standards during all maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience maintaining refrigerator or cooling equipment.
• Relevant technical certification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• Ability to work under pressure and travel between locations.
• Good problem‑solving, decision‑making, communication and teamwork skills.
