COOP Trainee – IT & Digital Transformation (Jubail)

About the role

This COOP trainee program offers Saudi university students hands‑on experience in the IT & Digital Transformation function of a leading industrial environment. The 6‑month placement (aligned with university requirements) starts in June 2026 and provides exposure to real‑world projects and professional mentoring.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily IT operations and help resolve user issues.
• Participate in digital transformation initiatives and innovation projects.
• Assist with business process improvement and system optimisation tasks.
• Contribute to systems and technology operations, including monitoring and maintenance.
• Engage in digitalisation activities and gain insight into emerging technologies.
• Receive professional mentoring and workplace learning exposure.

Required profile

• Saudi national currently enrolled in a bachelor program.
• Major in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, Network Engineering or AI.
• COOP training must satisfy graduation requirements.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
• Preferably in good academic standing.
