Coordinator - Flight Operations & Training

About the role

The Coordinator – Flight Operations & Training provides day‑to‑day administrative support to the Flight Operations and Flight Training team, ensuring pilots’ licences, medical certificates and training records are current and compliant with airline policies and GACA regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate issuance, update and renewal of pilot licences and certificates.
• Track and follow up on pilots’ medical examinations and certificate expiries with the Company Flight Surgeon.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of licences, medical cards, rosters and audit‑required documents.
• Generate regular communications and notices for pilots and cabin crew.
• Liaise with GACA for temporary validations, air‑law exams and licence approvals.
• Collaborate with HR on pilot attendance, leave, business trips and related documentation.
• Prepare study materials and documentation for new recruits, line checks and command upgrades.
• Assist the Line Manager in quality and external audit preparation and follow‑up on corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in flight operations coordination or related aviation support functions.
• Familiarity with GACA regulations and airline licensing procedures.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work proactively with pilots, medical staff and regulatory bodies.
