About the role

The Coordinator – Reception and Retail is the first point of contact for members and guests at Amaala Yacht Club. This dual‑role position blends front‑desk hospitality with boutique retail responsibilities, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, members and visitors, manage check‑ins and registrations.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and general enquiries with prompt follow‑up.
• Provide accurate information on club facilities, events and services.
• Support concierge and administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist customers with retail purchases, product enquiries and sales transactions using POS systems.
• Maintain inventory, coordinate stock replenishment and ensure attractive merchandise displays.
• Monitor product availability and trigger re‑ordering processes.
• Uphold the presentation standards of the reception area and retail space.

Required profile

• Experience in luxury hospitality or high‑end retail environments.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with internal departments.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.

Required skills

• Operation of POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
• Inventory management and stock control.
