Copywriter – Training Content Writer

About the role

Imployable is looking for a skilled Copywriter to develop high‑quality training and educational content for its clients in Saudi Arabia. You will translate complex concepts into clear, engaging learning materials that support adult learners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training manuals, participant guides, workbooks, presentations, e‑learning modules, and other learning activities.
• Research and gather information from reliable sources and subject‑matter experts.
• Simplify technical information and create case studies, scenarios, quizzes, and assessment questions.
• Collaborate with trainers, SMEs, instructional designers, graphic designers, and project managers.
• Review, edit, and proofread all content to ensure consistency and quality.
• Update training materials regularly to keep them current.
• Support the creation of digital learning assets when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Education, Instructional Design, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in content writing, training content development, or learning & development.
• Excellent written and verbal Arabic skills.
• Strong research, writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
