Corporate Associate (1–2 PQE) – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Associate with 1–2 years of post‑qualification experience to join an international law firm’s Saudi Arabia office. The role offers the chance to work on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment, providing early‑stage responsibility and client exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with company formation and corporate structuring.
• Prepare and submit MISA licensing applications and other regulatory filings.
• Provide general corporate and commercial advisory services.
• Collaborate closely with senior partners and clients on complex regional transactions.
• Navigate Saudi government portals and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Qualified lawyer licensed by the Saudi Bar Association.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• 1–2 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong familiarity with Saudi regulatory processes and government portals.
