Corporate Associate (NQ - 2 PQE)

About the role

A leading Magic Circle law firm is looking for a high-calibre Corporate Associate to join its corporate team in Riyadh. The role offers exposure to premium, cross-border transactions and the chance to work with market-leading partners on complex, high-value matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory work.
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents such as share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, joint venture agreements and ancillary documentation.
• Support large, multi-jurisdictional transactions by coordinating with international counsel and managing due diligence processes.
• Build and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Carry out legal research and provide commercially focused advice to clients across various sectors.

Required profile

• NQ with 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in corporate transactions, particularly M&A and joint ventures.
• Commercially minded, able to deliver pragmatic legal advice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively in a team.
• Cross-border transaction experience is highly desirable.
