Corporate Brand Manager

About the role

The Branding Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and safeguarding the organization’s brand strategy across all internal and external channels. This role ensures consistent brand positioning, strengthens market presence and drives brand growth through integrated marketing and communication initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with organizational goals and market positioning.
• Plan, manage and oversee integrated branding and marketing campaigns across digital, print, media, events and outdoor channels.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking and consumer insight studies to inform brand positioning and targeted initiatives.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of corporate branding materials, signage, publications and digital assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Lead, mentor and develop branding and creative teams while collaborating with internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Branding or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in branding, marketing or corporate communications, with at least 4 years in a managerial or team‑lead role.
• Experience in large organisations or sectors such as real estate, hospitality, tourism, retail or marketing agencies is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of brand strategy, corporate identity management and integrated marketing communications.
• Project and stakeholder management expertise, including budget oversight and ROI evaluation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and branding/design coordination tools.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
