Corporate Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager

About the role

The Corporate Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager will lead the development, implementation and oversight of EHS policies across a large corporate entity in Riyadh. This full‑time hybrid position requires a strong understanding of Saudi regulations and international standards, and a commitment to fostering a safety‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and roll out corporate EHS strategies, policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with KSA environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits and inspections across all operations.
• Monitor EHS performance, prepare reports for senior management and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee waste control, environmental management and sustainability initiatives.
• Deliver EHS training and awareness programmes for employees and contractors.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of EHS experience with corporate or multi‑site responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of KSA EHS regulations and international standards.
• Proven leadership, risk‑management and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Professional EHS certifications are a plus.
