Corporate Legal Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Corporate Legal Manager (Saudi Talent) will be based in Riyadh and act as the primary legal business partner for Daikin Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Daikin Europe Legal Team, the role provides comprehensive legal support across Saudi Arabia and, when required, the wider Middle East region.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including sales, service, turnkey, supplier and partnership agreements.
• Provide legal advice to Sales, Procurement and Marketing on contract terms, obligations, risks and compliance matters.
• Ensure all contracts comply with local and international laws, as well as Daikin internal policies.
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes in Saudi Arabia and advise the business on compliance and corporate governance.
• Assist in implementing internal compliance programmes and deliver training on anti‑bribery, anti‑corruption and governance.
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters as required.

Required profile

• Collaborate closely with senior management, regional legal teams and external stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the local Legal Department, fostering a high‑performing, business‑oriented function.

Required skills

• Contract drafting and negotiation.
• Legal research and advice on regulatory, compliance and corporate governance matters.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and relevant international regulations.
