Corporate Performance Manager

About the role

The Corporate Performance Manager will support the Corporate Banking Group in driving financial planning, budgeting and performance monitoring across the bank’s corporate portfolio. Reporting to the line manager, you will play a key role in translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the line manager in reporting, planning and monitoring key group initiatives.
• Prepare, allocate and distribute annual budgets across segments, products and regions.
• Forecast business performance and present projections to senior leadership on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with segment heads and area managers to build regional budgets and track key financial indicators.
• Manage performance plans, set targets, develop incentive schemes and monitor CRM and cross‑sell activities.
• Identify and lead business support projects to improve efficiency, market share and growth.
• Produce monthly departmental reports with analysis, conclusions and recommendations.
• Oversee team performance through coaching, feedback and competency development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 5‑8 years of progressive experience in banking, financial services or consultancy, with at least 3 years in a similar performance management role.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with senior business heads.
