Corporate Sales & Services Officer - KSA

About the role

Bank of Jordan's KSA branch is looking for a Corporate Sales & Services Officer to join its Corporate Banking team in Riyadh. The successful candidate provides high-quality banking services to corporate clients, supports their banking needs, strengthens client relationships and promotes the Bank's products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day banking services and support to corporate clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service requests promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers.
• Promote the Bank's products and services and identify business opportunities.
• Support account opening, account maintenance and customer documentation.
• Process corporate banking requests such as transfers, salary files and banking instructions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Encourage clients to use the Bank's digital banking channels.
• Conduct client visits when required.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in banking, preferably in Corporate Banking or Corporate Customer Service.
• Good knowledge of corporate banking products and services.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
