About the role

The Corporate Strategy Management Manager leads the development, execution, and governance of alfanar’s corporate strategy. This senior role provides strategic direction backed by market intelligence, competitive analysis, and external insights to drive informed decision‑making and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation, periodic review, and alignment of the corporate strategy with organizational capabilities and market conditions.
• Drive annual and long‑term strategic planning cycles, translating priorities into actionable plans, milestones, and performance measures.
• Oversee market intelligence, scenario planning, and strategic insights to inform growth, market‑entry, diversification, partnership, and investment assessments.
• Ensure business‑unit strategies align with corporate priorities and establish governance frameworks for strategy management.
• Build strong relationships with senior leadership, direct strategy and intelligence activities, and manage team performance and development.
• Promote process improvement and digitalization of strategic planning, leveraging analytics, digital tools, and AI.

Required profile

• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and manage high‑performing teams, while addressing low performance fairly.
• Strong ownership of responsibilities, proactive problem anticipation, and timely decision‑making.
• Track record of delivering results on time, within quality and cost expectations, and making a tangible impact.
• Experience transforming corporate goals into detailed business plans, monitoring performance, and taking corrective actions.
• Capability to design organizational structures, maintain up‑to‑date job descriptions, and drive process automation.
