نبذة عن الوظيفة
نحن نبحث عن مندوب مبيعات هاتفي متحمس للانضمام إلى فريق عيادة التجميل. سيكون مسؤولاً عن تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية عبر التواصل الفعّال مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين، وتعريفهم بخدمات وباقات العيادة وحجز المواعيد.
المهام الرئيسية
- إجراء المكالمات الهاتفية التسويقية للتعريف بخدمات العيادة.
- متابعة العملاء المحتملين وتحديث بياناتهم في النظام.
- شرح الخدمات والعروض بوضوح لضمان فهم العميل.
- حجز المواعيد وتنسيقها مع فريق العيادة.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية وتقديم تقارير دورية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل وإقناع ممتازة.
- القدرة على شرح الخدمات والعروض بوضوح.
- الاهتمام بخدمة العملاء ومتابعة دقيقة.
