Cost Control Incharge – Oil & Gas (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Cost Control Incharge to lead cost engineering activities on shutdown and turnaround projects within the oil & gas sector in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting and cost reporting for large‑scale EPC and SD/TA contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control project costs, budgets and forecasts, providing regular variance analysis and progress measurement.
• Manage contractor and subcontractor cost items, including manpower, equipment, materials and productivity expenses.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in Cost Control or Cost Engineering, preferably on EPC and shutdown/turnaround projects.
• Hands‑on experience with mechanical shutdown/turnaround projects in oil & gas, petrochemical or refinery environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Proven experience with Primavera P6 (mandatory).
• Additional certifications in Cost Control, Project Controls or Quantity Surveying are a plus.

What we offer

• Basic salary between SAR 8,000 and SAR 14,000 per month.
