Cost Control Manager

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and expense reports.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date list of all costs/prices and advise on variations.
• Track market trends affecting resource costs and identify new vendor or cost‑cutting opportunities.
• Manage supplier relationships and approve purchases in coordination with the Purchasing Department.
• Conduct periodic physical counts of affiliate and distributor stock and verify restaurant food values against cashiers’ postings.
• Perform cost analyses to uncover savings and ensure departmental spending stays within approved budgets.
• Analyze invoices to confirm correct products/services were received at expected costs.
• Act as liaison between auditors and Supply Chain during the annual audit, providing required information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of cost‑control experience in the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and menu engineering.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with multibranch food‑and‑beverage brands is essential.
