Cost Controller – Food & Beverage

About the role
Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Food & Beverage Cost Controller and help drive profitability while delivering the warm hospitality experience guests expect. You will work closely with the finance and F&B departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost‑effective operations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the Food & Beverage department’s financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Prepare regular financial reports and present insights in weekly meetings for department heads and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with the hotel finance team and F&B managers to ensure financial accuracy and operational alignment.
- Support the Finance Lead on special projects that enhance departmental success.
