Country Director - Food & Beverage

About the role

The Country Director will own the entire Food & Beverage business in Saudi Arabia, leading a team of over 1,000 employees across multiple brands and locations. This is a full P&L responsibility role that combines operational, financial, and HR leadership while driving aggressive market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Take complete P&L ownership for the KSA F&B portfolio, overseeing operations, finance, and HR.
• Lead and develop a large, multi‑brand, multi‑location team, ensuring high performance and a strong culture.
• Drive expansion initiatives, including site scouting, lease negotiations, and building strategic mall relationships.
• Represent the business at board level while maintaining day‑to‑day commercial focus.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in large, multi‑brand F&B chains.
• Proven track record of managing complex operations across multiple sites.
• Full P&L accountability experience.
• Casual‑dining background; QSR or premium dining experience not considered.
• Real‑estate acumen (location scouting, lease negotiations) is a plus.
