Country Manager – Communications Agency (Riyadh)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global communications agency to appoint a Country Manager in Riyadh. This senior leadership position is responsible for driving growth, profitability, client relationships, and operational excellence across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute the agency’s growth strategy, identifying and converting new business opportunities in both public and private sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
• Manage the Riyadh office’s day‑to‑day operations, P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Provide strategic leadership to the Saudi team, fostering a high‑performance culture, recruiting and developing talent.
• Act as senior strategic advisor to key clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and expanding service offerings.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments and emerging opportunities aligned with Vision 2030 initiatives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in communications, PR, public affairs or integrated marketing agencies.
• Proven track record of winning and growing business within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility.
• Established network across Saudi Arabia and deep understanding of the local communications landscape.
