Country Manager – Europe

About the role

The client, a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) organisation based in Riyadh, is seeking a Country Manager to lead its European expansion. You will own the go‑to‑market strategy, build distributor networks and drive commercial growth across multiple European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive go‑to‑market plan for Europe.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage distributor partnerships.
• Drive sales growth and meet regional commercial targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors and strategic partners.
• Represent the business at industry events and with external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading commercial operations or market expansion in the FMCG sector across Europe.
• Strong network and deep understanding of European distributors, retailers and route‑to‑market strategies.
• Track record of launching new markets and delivering measurable commercial growth.
• Experience negotiating and managing distributor partnerships.
