Country Manager - Quantum Computing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced commercial leader to build and scale our Quantum Computing business in Saudi Arabia. The role combines enterprise sales expertise with the ability to create, lead and inspire high‑performing teams, acting as the senior commercial representative for the market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for Saudi Arabia, aligning with global objectives while adapting to local market dynamics.
• Identify new market opportunities, refine segmentation, and establish a clear path to sustainable revenue growth across enterprise and emerging customer segments.
• Own revenue performance, driving pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, disciplined deal execution and leading high‑value strategic customer engagements.
• Recruit, develop and retain top‑performing sales talent, fostering a high‑accountability, high‑performance culture.
• Coach managers and senior individual contributors, set performance expectations and create development pathways.
• Represent the company externally at customer meetings, industry events and strategic partnerships to position the business as a market leader.

Required profile

• Saudi national with 12+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Deep understanding of quantum computing and the Saudi enterprise technology landscape.
• Proven leadership experience scaling teams and revenue in high‑growth environments.
• Track record of exceeding commercial targets and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence, communication, negotiation and strategic relationship‑building skills.
