Country Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The KSA Country Manager (KCM) is responsible for overall management, operational performance, commercial results, and business development of the KSA activities. Provides strategic and operational leadership across multiple projects, contracts, and disciplines, ensuring that all activities are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual, technical, quality, HSE, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall operations and project delivery to meet objectives, milestones, and profitability targets.
• Manage financial and commercial performance, including budgets, cost reports, forecasts and cash flow.
• Drive business development and market growth across the Power, Oil & Gas, Energy and Industrial sectors.
• Maintain senior‑level client and stakeholder relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality management systems and Saudi regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field (MBA/master’s a plus).
• 15+ years of experience in construction, engineering or technical services with senior management roles in Oil, Gas, Energy and Power sectors.
• Project Management certification (PMP preferred) and strong knowledge of project planning, cost, schedule, risk, quality and delivery.
• Extensive commercial and financial management experience including P&L, budgeting, contracts, FIDIC, procurement, tendering and claims.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, develop client relationships and win new business.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi market, local regulations, Saudization requirements and government/client processes.
