About the role

J&T Express is seeking an experienced Courier Team Leader for its Last‑Mile Operations in Riyadh. The position focuses on managing courier teams, supervising daily delivery activities, and meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate courier teams, ensuring proper allocation of resources and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Supervise daily delivery operations, monitoring performance, addressing issues, and maintaining service quality.
• Achieve operational performance targets by tracking key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions.

Required profile

• At least three years of hands‑on experience in last‑mile operations, demonstrating a solid understanding of the delivery workflow.
• Strong knowledge of courier and delivery processes, including route planning and package handling.
• Proven track record of managing and leading courier teams to meet service standards.
• Ability to read and speak Arabic fluently, facilitating communication with local staff and customers.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills to address operational challenges promptly.
• Capability to oversee daily operations and consistently achieve defined performance goals.
