Creative Art Instructor

About the role

The Creative Art Instructor leads immersive, expressive art experiences at Miraval The Red Sea, guiding guests to explore creativity as a pathway to mindfulness, self‑awareness and emotional balance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead private and group workshops in painting, sculpting, journaling and traditional crafts, adapting instruction to each guest’s skill level and emotional needs.
• Create a safe, inclusive studio environment that encourages intuitive exploration and self‑expression.
• Design and deliver signature art programs that integrate mindfulness, emotional well‑being and personal growth themes.
• Collaborate with wellness practitioners to embed art into multidisciplinary retreats and transformational workshops.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio, manage art‑material inventory and ensure safe handling, storage and cultural‑sensitivity compliance.
• Record attendance, manage bookings and track guest experience data accurately.
• Partner with Spa, Fitness and Wellness teams to develop integrated wellness offerings that incorporate creative expression.
• Stay current with emerging trends in art therapy and expressive arts, evolving the program menu accordingly.

Required profile

• Proven artistic expertise with experience facilitating workshops for diverse skill levels.
• Strong understanding of mindfulness and emotional‑wellness principles.
• Ability to design and deliver creative programs that align with wellness objectives.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across wellness disciplines.
• Commitment to health, safety and cultural‑sensitivity standards.
