About the role

Jobs for Humanity, an AI‑driven creative agency, is looking for a Creative Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end creative delivery across multiple client projects in the MENA region. You will translate client briefs into clear creative direction, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end creative delivery for pitch decks, brand identity, video, and marketing materials.
• Translate client briefs into clear creative direction and specifications.
• Quality‑assure all deliverables before handoff, ensuring brand alignment and production excellence.
• Manage client timelines, budgets (credits), and expectations.
• Collaborate with AI production tools and freelance creatives to execute projects.
• Maintain and evolve client creative profiles, providing strategic input and challenging briefs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years experience in a creative/design agency, startup, or in‑house brand/marketing role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating taste and creative judgment.
• Project‑management expertise: timelines, scope, stakeholder communication.
• Bilingual Arabic/English preferred for client communication.
• Understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
